Are you enjoying the beautiful weather this weekend? It is going to be warmer than normal this week. We will have chilly mornings and warm afternoons. Please remind your children to keep track of their jackets and sweatshirts. We tend to accumulate a lot when the weather gets warmer in the afternoons.

I would like to thank the parents of the sixth-grade students. When the sixth graders return from camp, it is an exciting time for the kids and their parents to reunite. The students are exhausted and want to go home, and the parents want to hear all about their time at science camp. First, we need to unload the buses and collect all the luggage. We had so much help! Thank you for stepping up and getting the luggage and sleeping bags off the buses. Next, we must ensure that all students are checked out correctly. Thank you for taking the time to sign the check-out sheet. This is the second consecutive year that we have achieved 100% parent support for the process. 😀

The Eagle Canyon PTA is excited to offer another memorable experience for our Golden Eagles. On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, we will have the opportunity to walk to Harkins Theater to watch Zootopia 2. Since Zootopia 2 is rated PG, we require a signed parent permission slip for your child to participate. Additionally, to ensure we arrive safely at the movie theater and return to campus, we need parent volunteers. If you are able to participate, we are seeking four parents from the primary grades and two from the elementary grades to help chaperone. The PTA is thrilled to offer this field trip to our students.
