Eagle Canyon had a great week last week! Not only did we have a great turnout for our annual Veterans' Day Rally, but our school was honored by CVUSD with the Trimester 1 Attendance Trophy during the rally. I am so proud of our school. Additionally, the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools recognized our PBIS Platinum level status. I continue to be incredibly proud of our staff and students for all the wonderful work they do every day at Eagle Canyon.

Eagle Canyon celebrates Kindness Week this week. Each day, we have lunchtime activities planned as well as spirit days. Please refer to the image below and encourage your children to participate. The classrooms in primary and elementary schools with the highest participation will receive a spirit trophy.

The Eagle Canyon Student Council has organized a food drive to benefit Food for Life, a local organization that provides food to families on a weekly basis. During this time of year, we can show gratitude for what we have by helping others. If possible, please consider donating food to support local families in need. Thank you to the families who have already made a donation.

The Eagle Canyon PTA is excited to offer another memorable experience for our Golden Eagles. On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, we will have the opportunity to walk to Harkins Theater to watch Zootopia 2. Since Zootopia 2 is rated PG, we require a signed parent permission slip for your child to participate. Additionally, to ensure we arrive safely at the movie theater and return to campus, we need parent volunteers. If you can participate, we are seeking four parents from the primary grades and two from the elementary grades to help chaperone. The PTA is thrilled to offer this field trip to our students.
