Thank you to all the families and staff members who supported the annual Baskin-Robbins Scoop Night. It was so much fun to scoop ice cream for the students. I am always curious to see which is their favorite flavor. 🍨

Eagle Canyon thrives because of our parent volunteers. In order to ensure everyone understands the expectations for volunteering on campus or on a field trip, the Eagle Canyon PBIS Tier 1 developed a Parent Volunteer Agreement. Beginning October 1, we would like any volunteers to complete the form as a prerequisite for volunteering. The electronic form is linked below. Volunteers must only complete it once for the 2025-26 school year. A copy of your responses will be emailed to you.

Three weeks ago, our annual Thinklocal Fundraiser began. The best part is, you probably shop or dine at many of the participating businesses. All we need you to do is scan your receipt on the Thinknlocal app and give Eagle Canyon the credit.

In the three weeks, we have raised $327.50. Take a moment and check any receipts you have accumulated this week to see if they would earn Eagle Canyon some funds.

If your child needs help with homework, they have access to an online tutoring program called Paper. There should be an app on their ClassLink. Please let the office know if your child is having difficulty accessing it.

Ms. Landgraf, President of the California Association for the Gifted, will provide an informational meeting for GATE parents. Please join us on Wednesday, October 1, at 8:00 a.m. in the MPR.

Eagle Canyon's student attendance will be a focus this year. Attendance in school leads to better performance for children when they are adults.

Another way you can support our PTA and celebrate your child's birthday is to purchase a birthday greeting for $25 that will be displayed on your child's birthday and run for one week. If interested, please stop by the office, complete the request, and submit the payment. Please be sure to plan. We need two weeks' notice before the birthday to ensure everything is timed correctly.

The kids get so excited seeing their birthday highlighted on the marquee. Out of safety, we will never publish your child's last name, only the initial.

Our amazing Eagle Canyon PTA Board has a year of fun planned for our community. Because of your support, they can continue to provide financial support for field trips, culminating activities, grade-level performances, and schoolwide activities. Use the button below to access the link to join.

Each month, Eagle Canyon will focus on teaching students about a character trait. We will share it during our Monday Morning Rallies, and teachers will reinforce it by recognizing one student each month for a monthly award.

A popular fundraising opportunity all families can support is Box Tops. Download the Box Top app on your phone. You must scan your receipts on the Box Top app within 14 days of purchasing. The app will let you know if any purchased items qualify to earn 10 cents per product. If there are not any items, you will still have an opportunity to enter the sweepstakes to win 500 bonus Box Tops. Every receipt has the potential to earn our school money.

As of today, our school has earned $548.40 this year. Our goal is to earn $1,000. Be sure to select the grade level that you want to support. Shout out to Fourth Grade! They have submitted the most Box Tops since July 1, 2025. Thank you in advance for your support!
